I’ve been exploring Ottawa in the past few years to discover a barbershop that I can confidently rely on, House of Barrons is that place. The atmosphere i’d describe as this 80/90s gentleman’s bar, relaxed and inviting. The people are pretty chill, which matches more my vibe since I don’t really like the new generation barbershops where it’s more rap, high energy and a “I do whatever” environment.

I used house of barons services for my grooms men morning of wedding, Remi was my contact and made everything extremely easy to do. From booking to communication to set up to execution. They brought their own chairs a barber to our hotel room on the 12th floor set everything up, they brought absolutely everything needed along with a gift for me! (For the groom) they also brought a man shine everyone's shoes and a barber for hair while remi did everyone's beards. The boys looked amazing and I recommend this service to anyone getting married. When they anrrived they were cracking jokes with boys was just an overall good groups of guys. Absolutely 12/10 service.

I love this place. The barbers all make you feel at home in a really laid back space. Lots of conversation between the staff and customers happens all over the store. Mitch is amazing, my son and I have been seeing him for years and he's always personable and takes time to make sure you're happy. No shampoos or blow drying here. It's just a barber shop with trimmers, straight razor cleanup and plenty of kind souls there to get you looking your best. Walk in, appointments are welcome. Pop in! Oh, and they have a shop dog named Clyde. He's pretty damned great, too.
